Siddharth Grease & Lubes Private Limited commenced its journey about three decades ago, in 1988 and introduced greases for automotive and industrial applications that are marketed under different leading brands. The company currently has grown up as a leading grease manufacturer with the production of 2200-2700 MT/ month meeting more than 15-20% of Indian requirements of high-quality greases. Beside Greases, Organization manufactures speciality oils like engine oils, industrial oils, gear oils, hydraulic oils, coolants, and brake fluids for automotive and industrial sectors in India & abroad.
Siddharth Grease & Lubes has a world class R&D Centre named “Siddharth Technology Centre” (STC) housed at IMT Manesar, Gurgaon since 2010. Its main objective is to carry out application oriented research in greases and lubricants area. The technology centre also provides technical assistance to its customers. STC plays a key role in supporting the business interest of the organization by developing cost effective, environment friendly and technology solutions to cater different customers.
STC, which is spread over 600 square metres is equipped with state-of-the-art test rigs / instruments meeting standard test methods of evaluation, along with providing value-added technical support to its partners and customers in product development, analysis. Product training and field testing backed by highly qualified scientists / engineers.
The major thrust areas for R&D are high performance & specialty products for niche markets with focus to serve the nation. The R&D Centre is engaged in development of various high performance lubricants with critical applications parameters like high temperature, extreme pressure, low temperature and long life lubrication. Focus is towards the development of technology for high performance greases for industrial and automotive sectors.
STC CERTIFICATIONS
Goal for STC is to be recognised as an excellent research centre not only in India but also on globe developing new innovative products. However, the Centre has now gained a lot of recognition from various government agencies. The R&D Centre is recognized by the Department of Scientific & Industrial Research, Ministry of Science & Technology, and Government of India and is committed to furnish cost competitiveness and achieving technological leadership through introduction of innovative products, product up-gradation & value engineering. STC is NABL –ISO/ IEC 17025: 2017 accredited testing Lab.
