We have state of the art world class manufacturing set-up at our Manesar Plant. The plant is equipped with highly urbane Plant & Machineries such as Saponator (High Speed Closed Vessel Reactor), Pressure Vessel Kettles, Unique Open Cooking Kettles, Charlotte Colloid Mills, US Make Grease Filtration systems capable to filter the grease in various micron sizes up to 50 micron size particles, Imported High Pressure Homogenizer, Grease De-Aerators and many more.
The product manufactured by us passes thru various quality checks before it is released for dispatch to our customers. We have multiple product certification teams working in multiple independent Laboratories with dedicated resources.
Various lubricating base oils are charged into blending vessel (to give proper time & temp for all the material/oil to mix and bonding with each other) through 20 micron filter (to entrap all foreign particles from oil storage tank) & flow indicator cum controller in fixed proportions depending on finished product desired. This is then dehydrated at elevated temperature followed by addition of various additives. Subsequently the blended product is filtered through filter which retains any particle of size above 10 microns. Final product is transferred to the holding tank through 30, 20 & 10-microns filter. This may then be filled in packs varying from ½ ltr to 210 ltr as per customer requirements.
